What can one say about the Red Hot Chili Peppers that hasn't already been said? They were just stupendous at their raucous July 25th, Ruoff Home Mortgage Center performance. Bolstered by the pulse of the band, Chad Smith and Flea, are a dynamic rhythm section that is second to none. Anthony Kiedis shined as always, while he performed in a walking boot, it didn't dampen his enthusiasm nor his mobility on stage. And finally, this was the first performance I've had a chance to see with John Frusciante, back in the fold on guitar duty. John was marvelous taking to the stage with grace and ease. This fine evening was a wonderful night of tunes and good vibes shared by all in attendance.
